Out of a Kings Theatre mare this five-year-old ran a cracker on debut when second to the more experienced and previously placed Coolberrin Hill. The pair engaged in a decent battle up the stiff climb which was a notable ask for this debutante but he was not found wanting and clearly battled all the way to the line with just a neck between him and victory. He is out of a winning mare over fences so it was no surprise that he had such an attitude to the game. This runsseems certain to set him up for better things going forward and looks a smart sort with a nice pedigree to progress with.
