She finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than settled scars - left front pastern, right front fetlock, right knee and right buttock. Also a small corneal scar right eye - all of no consequence

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:
