He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than a lens opacity on right eye, not progressive and not likely to affect vision

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr Paul Ormonde: who further notes an abnormal inspiratory. This was agreed by Mark MacRedmond. This gelding was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Cian Kennedy, Hugh Suffern and David Halley for endoscopic examination and found TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
