This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr Cian Kennnedy: who further notes an abnormal inspiratory noise on lunge. This was agreed by Justin Browne. This gelding was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Justin Browne, Tom O'Shea and Patrick McGragh for endoscopic examination and found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
