He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than this horse has a parrot mouth, a scar and skin thickening anterior aspect of left hind fetlock and posterior aspect of left fore fetlock in my opinion of no consequence.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr Walter Connors.
