He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than a splint inside left fore cannon

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Ms R Devereux: who further notes a small splint on medial aspect of right fore
