Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr Tom O'Shea: Who further notes old scar left point of shoulder and slightly capped near hock.
