He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than a healing abrasion left shoulder and inside forearm

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr Cian Kennnedy.
