He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Ms Andrea Ryan: who further notes an abnormal inspiratory noise at exercise. This was agreed by Mark MacRedmond and the filly was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland Wind Panel of Tom Hore, Mark Fagan and Cian Kennedy for endoscopic examination and found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
