He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than a slight swelling on the medial aspect of the left hind pastern an old injury of no significance and a hard swelling on the medial aspect mid cannon on the left hind(old Injury).

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr David Halley.
