She finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Ms R Devereux: who further notes this gelding was heard to make an abnormal inspiratory noise at exercise, this was agreed by Conor Cashman. This gelding was then referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Walter Connors, Tom Hore and Mark MacRedmond for an endoscopic examination and found NOT TO HAVE paralyis of the larynx
