He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than an inspiratory whistle at exercise.

Are likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr David Halley: This gelding was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of David Halley, Patrick McGrath and Hugh Suffern for an endoscopic examination and was found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
