He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr Mark Mac Redmond: who further notes an abnormal inspiratory noise. This was agreed by Conor Cashman. This gelding was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Walter Connors, Hugh Suffern and Liam Sharp for endoscopic examination and was found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
