He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than soft tissue enlargement on left front fetlock from old superficial scar and scar on forehead from previous sinus surgery

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr Conor Cashman.
