He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr J Browne: who further notes this animal makes an abnormal inspiratory noise. This was agreed by Jerry O'Sullivan. THis horse was then referred to the Tattersalls Ireland Wind Panel of Mark Fagan, David Halley and Conor Cashman and found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
