He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than small sarcoid between front legs, two small sarcoids to left of midline and on midline behind girth on left side

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:
