He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than scar above left knee

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr Hugh Suffern: who further notes this filly makes an inspiratory noise at exercise. This was agreed by Conor Cashaman. This horse was then referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Justin Browne, Hugh Suffern and Mark Fagan for endoscopic examination and found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
