He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than sarcoids between front limbs, on girth, inguinal region and on prepuce & scar outside left forelimb fetlock.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:
