He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr Mark Mac Redmond: who further notes a very small inactive skin lesion ventral abdomen and chest. Also, an abnormal inspiratory. This was agreed by David Halley. This gelding was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Conor Cashman, Tom Hore and Tom OShea for endoscopic examination and found TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
