He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr Cian Kennnedy: who further notes an abnormal inspiratory noise on the lunge. This was agreed by Mark Fagan. This gelding was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland Wind Panel of Walter Connors, Conor Cashman and Mark Fagan for endoscopic examination and found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
