He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than lateral head of splint prominent both hind legs, of no consequence

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr J A O'Sullivan: who further notes small sarcoids inside left thigh and on front of chest
