He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than small splint medial aspect left fore mid cannon, splint lateral aspect right fore upper cannon,skin scar right side lower neck, two small warts/sarcoids anterior to sheath.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:
