He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than slight curb left hock, lateral splints both forelegs, scar right fore cannon and wart right lower neck

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:
