He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than an inspiratory whistle on exercise.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Agreed in the opinion of Mr Mark Fagan: who further notes recent abrasions & mild swelling left hind inner hock. This gelding was referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Walter Connors, David Halley and Conor Cashman and was found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx.
