He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality other than old bony inactive proximal medial splint to left fore. Right fore: small synovial cyst to dorso medial aspect carpus. Sound and no response to flexion test. Also a few 'bullet hole' lesions to retina, both eyes. Eyes otherwise normal, therefore likely to be of no significance

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.
