He finds no clinically discoverable signs of disease, injury or physical abnormality.

and that on the balance of probabilities the conditions set out above:

Are Not likely to prejudice the animal's use for Racing.

This horse has been re-examined by the Tattersalls (Ireland) Veterinary Panel and:

Disagreed in the opinion of Mr Cian Kennnedy: who further notes an abnormal inspiratory noise on lunge. This was agreed by David Turley. This gelding was then referred to the Tattersalls Ireland wind panel of Hugh Suffern, Inge d'Hasse and Paul Ormond for endoscopic examination and found NOT TO HAVE paralysis of the larynx
